Available in both Freehold and Long-Term Leasehold options, with a lease term of up to 30 years per registered lease, subject to Thai law and the terms of the lease agreement. Transfer registration fees are shared 50/50 between buyer and seller unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

Reservation fee of THB 2,000,000 (non-refundable, credited toward the purchase price), followed by: 30% upon signing the agreement and before foundation work, 25% before commencement of roof construction, 20% before commencement of interior works, 15% upon completion of the main construction works, and 10% upon final completion and before handover. Estimated construction period: 12–13 months.

Sinking fund of THB 100 per sq.m., paid once upon handover and transfer/registration. A common area management fee of approximately THB 25–35 per sq.m. per month applies and covers 24-hour security, common area cleaning & maintenance, and waste collection. A utilities deposit of approximately THB 20,000 is required for water and electricity meters, subject to actual utility provider charges.
